Report on MIPS Ankara Pelvic Surgery Cadaver Course

The “MIPS Ankara Pelvic Floor Surgery Cadaver Course” which was held at 1st and 2nd April 2017 at Ankara University has been completed successfully with 8 participants. Ten theoretical sessions including current urogynecological topics were implemented on the first day of the course. After individual demonstration on pelvic-perineal anatomic dissection, practical hands-on training on female pelvis anatomy and surgical treatment for female stress urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse was held on completely fresh-frozen cadavers on the second day of the course.
